Art and wine form the foundation of the ARSVINI concept.
The primary reference and source of inspiration is Garofalo’s painting ‘‘The Wedding at Cana’’, depicting Christ’s first miracle - the transformation of water into wine. The painting itself is a convergence of different eras, where biblical narrative meets Renaissance architecture, creating a dialogue between the old and the new. This contrast is further emphasized by the differing depiction and attire of Jesus and Mary in relation to the surrounding figures.
The miracle at the heart of the painting - the transformation of one state into another - became the central metaphor for the architectural concept. In the same way, the existing architecture is transformed, preserving its essence while acquiring new meaning, function, and identity.
